1. INTRODUCTION

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. By accessing and using the website www.meolle.com, you agree to comply with the provisions of this document.

The website www.meolle.com is the exclusive property of STORM MEDIA TECHNOLOGY S.R.L., a Romanian legal entity with its registered office at Strada Eufrosina Popescu, no. 46, Sector 3, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/2043/2016, having the fiscal identification code CUI 35639369, hereinafter referred to as “Meolle Fragrances” or “the Seller.”

2. DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this document:

Website refers to the web page www.meolle.com, through which Meolle Fragrances provides information and sells products.

Client refers to any natural or legal person who accesses the website, visits its pages, places orders, or uses any available functionality.

Products refer to all goods presented on the website, including home fragrances, textile perfumes, fragrance diffusers, and customizable sets.

Account refers to the Client’s personal space on the website, created using an e-mail address and password, through which they can place orders and manage their personal information.

Order means the request submitted by the Client through the website, expressing their intention to purchase one or more Products.

Contract refers to the distance agreement concluded between the Client and Meolle Fragrances at the time the order is confirmed by the Seller.

Privacy Policy refers to the separate document that governs the collection and processing of personal data, available on the website.

 

3. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content of the website — including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, logos, audio-video files, design, and software — is the property of Meolle Fragrances and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

It is strictly forbidden to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use the content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of Meolle Fragrances.

Users may access the website exclusively for personal and non-commercial purposes.

 

4. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

Meolle Fragrances makes every effort to present accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. However, minor differences may occur between the images displayed and the final product, caused by screen settings or lighting conditions during photography.

Product descriptions, prices, and availability may be updated periodically without prior notice.

 

5. ORDERS

The Client may place orders by adding products to the shopping cart and completing the form with delivery and billing details.

By finalizing the order, the Client confirms that all provided data is correct, complete, and up to date.

After submitting the order, the Client will receive an automatic e-mail confirming its receipt. The confirmation of the order by Meolle Fragrances constitutes the moment the distance contract is concluded.

Meolle Fragrances reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in justified cases (obvious price errors, out-of-stock products, suspected fraud, or incomplete information).

 

6. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

All prices displayed on the website are expressed in Romanian lei (RON) and include VAT in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Online card payment (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) – processed through an authorized payment processor;
  • Cash on delivery – payment to the courier upon delivery;
  • Bank transfer – according to the instructions provided after placing the order.

No additional fees are charged for online transactions.

 

7. DELIVERY

Products are delivered through courier partners Sameday and Easybox, within 2–4 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery is available within Romania and the European Union.

Shipping costs:

  • Free for orders over 200 RON;
  • 20 RON for orders under 200 RON;
  • Free for Easybox delivery.

All orders are accompanied by a fiscal invoice. In case of delays, the Client is kindly asked to contact the Meolle Fragrances team at info@meolle.com.

 

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

In accordance with Government Ordinance no. 34/2014, the Client has the right to return purchased products within 30 calendar days, without penalties and without stating a reason.

To exercise this right, the Client must notify Meolle Fragrances by e-mail at info@meolle.com

 before the 30-day period expires.

The amount paid for the returned products will be reimbursed within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the return, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Products that cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products;
  • Products that no longer have the complete original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Client.

 

9. WARRANTY FOR TECHNICAL PRODUCTS

Technical products (such as fragrance diffusers) sold on the website are covered by a warranty in accordance with current legislation:

  • 24 months for individual consumers;
  • 12 months for legal entities.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include damage caused by improper use, mechanical shocks, exposure to moisture or liquids, or unauthorized interventions.

For warranty requests, the Client must send a description of the issue and clear photos to info@meolle.com.

Products not covered by warranty may benefit from post-warranty service for a fee.

 

10. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Meolle Fragrances respects the confidentiality and security of its clients’ personal data, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

For details regarding the collection, storage, and use of personal data, please consult the Privacy Policy available on the website.

 

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The website and all information, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Meolle Fragrances cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the website or the absence of display errors.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products, to the extent permitted by law.

 

12. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure to fulfill contractual obligations caused by an event of force majeure, as defined by Romanian law.

 

13. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For any complaints, inquiries, or clarifications, Clients are invited to contact the Meolle Fragrances team at info@meolle.com.

Any disputes between the Client and the Seller will first be resolved amicably. If no agreement can be reached, jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Romania.

 

14. GOVERNING LAW

This document is governed by Romanian law.

By accessing the website and placing orders, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
