Every Meolle order is prepared with care and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Each package is securely wrapped and delicately scented, so that your unboxing feels just as refined and personal as the fragrance itself.

- Free shipping for orders over 200 RON
- Shipping fee: 20 RON for orders under 200 RON
- Free delivery to Easybox pick-up points

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. We currently ship within Romania and European Union.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Meolle experience.
If something isn’t quite right, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receiving your order.

- To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@meolle.com with your order number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- The refund will be processed within 14 days from the moment the returned products reach us.
- If your order was paid by card, the amount will be returned automatically to the same card. For other payment methods, we kindly ask you to provide a bank account so we can complete the refund smoothly.

Please note: Due to the nature of home fragrances, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.
